Could not add file in Quik Windows 10 [ New ]

I cannot add any clip from scanning media in Quik on Windows 10 (64bit)

It was scanned and shown "Could not add 35 files"

Mean it can find but cannot add, why?

I tried manything

- Uninstall, reinstalled again

- Restart windows

-Connect with Gopro

Nothing works

please help
