Converting clips to mp4 and compressing to upload to youtube [ New ]

Hello,

I use a gopro 8 to  livestream our church services to facebook.  Normally, I just download the videos from facebook and then upload them to youtube.  Because our livestream has been a little "glitchy" lately, I would like to download the clips from the gopro and then splice them together and convert them into a file that would upload quickly to youtube.  What is the best video converter to use to do this?  I will pay for a good one.  Thanks in advance for your help with this.

Hello, @grayexpert837. If you haven't yet, check out the multi-clip editing feature in the GoPro App. These instructions will guide you through creating your edits.  

On your computer, you can also explore these programs to view and edit your GoPro footage.
