Mes fichiers ne veulent pas se transférer sur le cloud une fois qu'ils sont sur mon pc. Ca tourne sans cesse pour ne jamais débuter le téléchargement.

To clarify, are you trying to upload files to the cloud or are you downloading the files from the cloud?

Can you please check if the same happens when doing it via gopro.com/login ?
