Cant see downloaded photos in my library. [ New ]

Dear gopro.
I've got issue with displaying photos in my media library on your portal (https://plus.gopro.com/media-library).
When i tries to open full list of my media libraries - it always sais no new data.
But query is correct (https://api.gopro.com/media/search?fields=captured_at,content_title,content_type,created_at,gopro_us...)

really returns 100 photos.
Your portal just cant display it.

Could you please fix issue with displaying photos?

Was the download done manually or through the desktop app?

Try to check the GoPro folder, then look for the folder name which is the date of the file/s.

There should be a Cloud Media folder created.
