Cant export video desktop

No matter what i try, i cant export videos. I've tried: 

 

+ Select different videos

+ Select different quantity of videos

+ Select different music

+ Remove quik logo

 

When i try to export, always freeze on export screen.

 

using quik for mac 2.3.0

SOLUTION FOUND

GoPro support gave me this instructions and it worked.

 

 

Regarding your recent contact with us, please try the steps below if the Quik for desktop app hangs or freezes up while saving in Create Mode:

  1. Close Quik for desktop and open a Finder window
  2. Click Go at the top of your desktop menu bar
  3. Hold the alt/option button and select Library
  4. Under Library, select the Application Support folder and delete the following folder:
    • com.GoPro.goproapp.GoProExporterService
  5. Next, under Library, select the Preferences folder and delete the following files:
    • com.gopro.desktop-suite.plist
    • com.gopro.GoPro.plist
    • com.GoPro.goproapp.plist
  6. Restart Quik for desktop and see if the issue persists

Hi Aragon thank you very much for your help!

When I play videos on it own I have no problem. I can also trim them and save that as a new video with no problem.

The problem is when I enter creator mode and try to export the edited video.

Thanks for the article but I have a Mac computer and it doesn't say how to solve it. Or the solution is contact support on that case?

Aragon, do you know wich is the time that support team is avaliable? 

Because herehttps://es.gopro.com/help/ContactUs say they are open now but phone anser machine says they are close, and chat rquest form has been saying:  Sorry, all agents are helping other customers right now. Please try again later.   for the last 2 hours

@swiftoasis86336, if contacting them by phone, make sure that the network allows calls to toll-free numbers. If having issues connecting via chat, try changing the page location to US.
