Cannot download content, although I may view / play it when connected to my phone.[ New ]
I'm connecting my Fusion to my phone, and for some reason, all content seems to have an error / warning symbol on it. All content is being played, although when it comes to downloading it, it says 'Failed: unknown reason'. Any idea why this may be happening, and what I could do to solve it?

What phone are you using? Do you have the latest GoPro app version?
Can you also check the firmware version installed on your Fusion?
To help isolate the issue, kindly test the camera with a different phone and see if the same happens.
