Hello! I got the same problem as described here:
Only differencee - I have Windows7 x64.

See if these steps will make a difference:
1 Open Quik for desktop
2 While on the login screen, select the “Help” tab above the Quik for desktop window
3 Select “Restart with default settings”
4 A modal will appear saying “Are you sure?“. Click “Restart” once more.
5 Quik for desktop will close and reopen. Quik for desktop will appear as if you installed it for the first time.
6 Go to the login screen and input your credentials. You should then be able to login successfully.
This login issue has already been raised to the team in charge and they are working on it.

@aragon1006 could that be that I don't see "Restart with default settings” because app uses native language instead of English - how could I switch the app to English, if this is the problem?

The application will follow the language set on your computer.
Try changing the language set on your computer then relaunch the application.
