Are you still having trouble with Quik? It would be best to check with Support team again. If a case has already been created for your initial query, you can use the same case number to get an update.

I have a MacBook, running OS High SIerra and I have the same problem, I did restart the Mac and reinstalled Quick but the problem is still there.
GoPro please find a solution.

i don;t think the support team has any intent of solving this issue. it has been ongoing for a very long time and there are many cases about it but still with no progress to get it fixed
