Can't import files in Quik or with Explorer

Bonjour!

I am unable to import media from my Gopro 5 black.
The media are in the device. I see them. When I plug the device with the USB cable, Quik sees no import to do.
Importing from Windows Explorer does not work either.
The device appears, but the media are missing.
The media are nevertheless well and truly inside the Gopro.
What should I do?

I use Windows 10.
