“Can’t Download Media”

Hey guys. I think I may of already solved my problem but need my computer to check. But...

Gopro Session 4
On mobile and desktop, they both say can’t downlod file after xxxx amount of time. Sometimes they get all the way to 100% and then go back to 10% and start over. Used to work great, stopped using the GoPro for about 10 months after getting a SCI while riding. Ever sense then I can’t download anything. Even 15-30second clips take over 2 hours then end up not working anyway.

What I just figured out/found out is that GoPro Studio is now Quik?

If I have Stuido on my computer, is it still supported or is that why it keeps failing?

But if it is that reason, why does it still not work on my phone with the mobile app? I just recently downloaded the app and their aren’t any updates (so it says in AppStore).

You are trying to download from the GoPro Plus cloud, correct? Try logging in directly from the GoPro.com web page and then going to My Media. You should be able to download this way.

If you are trying to download from the camera to the mobile app and having a timeout issue it might be the connection that needs to be reset or you could have limited space on your mobile device. Delete all instances of the connection from your mobile device, delete and download the app and then reset the connection as new.

You are trying to download from the GoPro Plus cloud, correct? Try logging in directly from the GoPro.com web page and then going to My Media. You should be able to download this way.

If you are trying to download from the camera to the mobile app and having a timeout issue it might be the connection that needs to be reset or you could have limited space on your mobile device. Delete all instances of the connection from your mobile device, delete and download the app and then reset the connection as new.
