I have been having a few issues with my GoPro account and not receiving my discounts but am finding it really hard to contact GoPro.
1. They have no email address.
2. I have tried their chat agents but firstly they taken on average 6 minutes to respond to each message on the chat (yes I am sad enough to have worked that out) and both agents I have chatted to tell me that they cannot access Asia-Pacific accounts so you have to use a call centre.
3. I am based in Singapore and the number I have been given rings through to a call centre in Australia that only operates during Australian business hours and thus closes mid-afternoon Singapore time when I am still in work.
I have no way that I can see to contact GoPro after I finish work. Does anybody have an email address for them!?

Customer Support don't have email address.
You can contact them via phone or chat though.
That is the only way to reach them or you can wait till the US or Global Queue open at 9PM Singapore Time.

So in Singapore there is no call centre available between the Australian office closing and the American office opening?
Yet on the support website it clearly states that the offices are opening during local office hours, this is clearly not true. I guess South East Asia isn't deemed valuable enough to have a call centre open at a reasonable time.
