After 3 support calls still cannot upload files from computer
[ New ]After 3 support calls still cannot upload files from computer.
Takes a couple of hours and when it looks like it is done get message that says some of your files did not make it.
Support was suppose to get back to me but never heard back.
Not worth the subscription if I cannot upload files?

[ New ]Usually when this happens it's because there was a corrupt file. There could be an error on your SD card. Be sure to use a USB/SD adapter and then copy the files over to your computer using Windows Explorer (Finder in Mac).

[ New ]I call and answered this question.
I am using Sandisk Extreme plus 64GB.
I have 2 of them and tried uploading from each one.
My case status is they will look into it and get back to me.
