퀵이 히어로7을 인식하지 못해요

When I plugged my GoFlex Hero 7 Black into my computer and turned it on, Quick does not recognize the camera and does not automatically load the file. I am using Windows 10 and the camera is up to date. However, the Hero 4 Black I used before recognizes the camera and loads the file well. Please let me know the solution.

Kindly try this: go to Device Manager then find your GoPro and select "Disable" then "Enable".

Hi @byonghwan574,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Do you have the Quik for Desktop updated to the latest version v2.7.0?

If you already have the latest version installed and still getting the same problem, there are some troubleshooting suggestions here that will help resolve this issue: Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Windows

Ouick is latest version. My Pc recognize Gopro Hero7 but Quick is not work normally.

I have two Gopro cameras. One is hero4 black, another is hero7 black.

Hero4 black is recognized and work normally in Quick. Why???

Were you able to go over the steps on the article above?

You may also try manually importing the files.

Check out How to Import Camera Files to a Computer - Windows 10 for reference.

I took out the battery and memory, and I recognized it because I connected a blank camera to my computer. I can not understand this situation. The company needs to fix these problems through firmware updates.
