고프로 6 pc연결 오류 [ New ]

고프로 6 블랙 사용자입니다.

sd를 pc로 연결하기 위해 고프로 프로그램을 설치했습니다.

c타입으로 본체에 연결했지만 장치를 추가할 수 없음이라고 뜹니다
sd 어댑터에도 연결했지만 start_gopro html만 뜨네요
해ㅑ결방법이 없을까요?

물론 다른 선과 pc에서도 해봤지만 안됬습니다.
