Quik постоянно просит логин и пароль ввожу данные он заходит в программу. И почему камера так плохо работает на холоде?

Thank you for reaching out. Sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with Quik. If you do not have it yet, install the latest version of Quik (v 2.6.2) and do the following steps:

 

1 Open Quik for desktop
2 While on the login screen, select the “Help” tab above the Quik for desktop window
3 Select “Restart with default settings”
4 A modal will appear saying “Are you sure?“. Click “Restart” once more.
5 Quik for desktop will close and reopen. Quik for desktop will appear as if you installed it for the first time.
6 Go to the login screen and input your credentials. You should then be able to login successfully.

 

Let us know how it goes.

Попробуйте переустановить приложение или переключитесь на другой Wi-Fi-сигнал. Невозможность входа в систему может быть связана с проблемами брандмауэра, поэтому коммутационные сети могут помочь. Аккумуляторы камеры, как и почти все литиевые батареи, могут сливать энергию при низких температурах. Хранение камеры между кадрами может помочь продлить срок службы батареи.

 

Try reinstalling the app, or switch to a different wifi signal. Not being able to login can be linked to firewall issues, so switching networks may help.The camera's batteries, like nearly all Lithium batteries, can drain power in cold temperatures. Keeping the camera warm between shots can help extend battery life.

gopro quik постоянно требует авторизацию!!! невозможно ни обновить продукт ни зайти в настройки. подобное на всех моих ноутбуках и компьютерах..!!!! как исправить!?

authorization is successful, but if you select any item, you can either throw out the settings again (((

If you select any of the menu items, it ejects again to enter your login and password. I enter again, comes into the program but again I should click on any item, immediately throws it to the initial screen

Would you be able to uninstall the application completely? Once done, reinstall the application and test if it makes a difference.
