Can anyone help me navigate this problem? It’s been 6 month since I purchased a GoPro Hero 9 which was faulty. A replacement was sent but UPS lost it. GoPro customer service UK has been waiting months for a report from UPS. Now, a total of 6 months! I’m so so disappointed… no GoPro and out of pocket!
