I place an order on Sept22 2018, I only received one mail which is confirmation mail, in that mail it says your order will be ship at 2nd Oct, I have never received any email after 22nd Sep about my order , like when they goanna ship or if they already shipped then what's the tracking number. On Oct 2nd I call to customer service to check what happened with my order, GoPro said it has been already delivered to you address two days back. I told her that I have never received any email from gopro about this, she told we cannot do anything you call to fedex and figure it out, I was like what the heck. First I have never received email, I don't have tracking number and how you are saying me to call FedEx ! Then she put me on hold for 20 min and hung up, I called again same thing happened. Now I don't know whom to contact in gopro.

I hope you can help me here, as I called to multiple times to customer service, I tried to chat but no one is willing to help. Please do needful. GoPro never sent me any confirmation mail about shipping and tracking information and now they are asking me to contact FedEx ? How can I contact to FedEx ? And why should I contact to FedEx ? This is gopro's responsibility to contact fedex , because it's gopro's fault that they never sent me and confirmation mail to customer.
Now I already wasted a day behind this case, I don’t have any more patience now. No one is helping me from your customer service. Now you guys do contact and let me know.
