Hallo, Windows7 erkennt die Hero 9 nicht. Kann man irgendwo treiber runterladen?

You have to set your camera to MTP for USB in the settings otherwise it won't.  GoPro does not use a driver as it connects like a phone or external HDD.  Hope this helps
