I bought my son a session 4 last summer and have just been loading the footage to my own laptop and was horrified to see all the precious memories have a blue hazey patch on them. This does not stop you seeing the image, it just looks as if part is being viewed through a blue filter. I am very disappointed with this situation.
Please advise. Can it be sorted, is it covered by warranty?

I am still no further forward and quite disappointed that nobody from the company support team is bothered to help!
It is more than 12mths old, so no warranty. I just want it fixing without it costing me a lot of money.
Gopro is not the only product on the market and they are risking losing a customer who has a video crazy 20yr old son too!!
