we had trouble connecting with your go pro (Hero 8 black)

hi, im really annoyed with this, just straight out the box and followed the instructions,

trying to get it to talk with my samsung 9+

it paired with it but that was a chore, took several attempts and now they wont talk to each other

i cant update the camera which it requires, ive followed all the instructions and turning them both on and off also tried the different frequency's for wi-fi

frustrating as hell can anyone help or is there a known problem that i dont know about,

Once done, proceed with the pairing process.

Activate smartphone's Bluetooth.
