water in my gopro 8 black during first 30days[ New ]
Hello GoPro Support,
I just bought a new gopro black 8 thought your webpage and after some days of holidays it broke in a simply swimming session, probably water entered in it. Your page of "contact us" is down and I can not contact you for the replacement of my camera during the warranty period, pls contact me thought my email. I'm so disappointed for the days of holiday that I lost for this damage.

I document it all on this post, that you contacted for support before the 30-day exipred. I then now go to the Supportpage change to US and English and contact them in the pcf time zone, in an hour plus. at any reasion you are not satafied. you will get a refund. but once the warranty takes effect with water its options. unless you have the plus plan. No one of GoPro will contact you, they will say they see the Queue. As you will see.
