voyant bleu reste allumé

sur ma GoPro HERO Session (4), le voyant bleu reste continuellement allumé ; ça s'est passé après avoir atteinds le niveau bas de la batterie en filmant ; une idée ?

Thank you for the update, @aileron974. We recommend doing a manual update on your camera. It may already have the latest firmware but reflashing firmware will help clear any possible issue with the current installation. The steps below will guide you through the process: 

  1. Go to the Update page: HERO5 Session or HERO Session + HERO4 Session
  2. Under "Other ways to update" click "Update your camera manually."
  3. Enter your serial number and other requested information, click Next Step.
  4. Click "Download Update."
  5. Click "Click here to download firmware."
  6. Follow the steps on the screen for detailed instructions for your operating system.

Hello @aileron974. The blue light is typically an indicator that the Wi-Fi is enabled in the camera. Try a Wi-Fi reset by pressing and holding the back button for at least 10 seconds (or until the reset option appears on the screen). Let us know how it goes.

actually, blue led does not blink, but it stays always on and when connecting power supply, red light is not visible anymore.

j'ai essayé de réinitialiser le wifi mais le voyant bleu reste fixement allumé.
