Gracias.

125 degrees you can try t o lower the resolution take the battery out while recording, use hte external power source for less heat. otehr than that   just be careful not to  grab it to long 125  degrees it runs at  a lil hotter as well before it  may over heat and  shut down to restart later when cooled

Re: usando la Hero 6 en video se calienta muchsimo

Hi @ramirop51342,

When using 2.7K and higher resolutions, and/or frame rates above 60fps, it is normal for the camera to become warm and use more power when using these modes. Lack of airflow around thecamera and using the camera with the GoPro App can also increase camera temperature and power consumption, and decreases camera recording time.

You can check this article https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/hero7-battery-information for the full list of estimated continuous recording time of the HERO7 cameras.

If your camera is getting a run time that is significantly shorter than the expected battery life, despite you using a recommended SD card https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations and the camera being updated to the latest firmware version, you may perform a short record time test through the instructions here https://gopro.com/help/articles/solutions_troubleshooting/Short-Record-Times .

Kind Regards,
Ann
