Hello, @heroicboos4365. Have you been able to attempt a Manual Update? If you have, do you recall what happens during the process? In which part of the workflow are you getting an error or a problem? Please provide more details regarding the issue so we can help you best.
A few other things to check: make sure that you are using a formatted, recommended SD card and that the battery is fully charged prior to trying the update again.
