trade up

Olá,

 

Participamos do programa GoPro Trade Up com aquisição/troca de duas camaras no passado dia 12 de Junho e ainda hoje não recebemos o cupão da UPS nem qualquer tipo de resposta a uma reclamação feita sobre o sucedido.

 

Alguém está aí desse lado?

Alguma solução? ...vamos para um mês e sem qualquer tipo de resposta, nem contato.

 

Muito triste e desapontado pelo tratamento dado.

 

Vou cancelar pedido, não há outra forma e seriamente em deixar de usar produtos GoPro...
