I've been trying to get a Hero Black 7 through the trade up program, BUT.... it seems that the checkout is not working.
I've tried 4 different credit cards and 2 debit cards and no luck, I called and check with my banks to verify that my cards were not the problem..also tried my buying over my cellphone, my friend's phone and 2 different laptops.
I contacted the support chat and my ticket escalated to a higher level, but the only answer I got from them is: "use a different paying method" and that their webpage was not the problem.
this is BULL**bleep**, i love their product, but really???... it seems like they want me to buy it full price which is reasonable but why advertise something that is not true......
is anyone else having the same issue?

Issues with orders usually happen when the billing information on the order does not match the billing information with your financial institution.
We do not know which specific information since your financial will not disclose any of that to us for security purposes .
Our recommendation is to get in touch with your financial institution and verify all billing information.
