What is the differnce between Timelaspe in Video Mode and TL in Photo?

And the there is "INTERVAL"...What is the difference between INTERVAL, Video and Photo timelapse?

in photo mode, timelapse takes individual photo's, in Video mode, it turns all those photo's into a video file.

Understand that, thanks, but how is the end result different?  Why use one over the other?

Are you serious?

 

One produces a video clip.

The other produces photo's.

 

Those are two very different things.

 

You would record timelapse as a video clip if you wanted to show people a video clip.

 

You would record timelapse as photo's if you wanted to create a video clip in a video editor at a later stage or if you wanted to pull individual photo's to share from a timelapse sequence.

 

You can also capture your photo's as raw photo's and this is going to give you a lot more options post processing the images individually if you so wished.
