so frustrating

can anyone help?

 

long story short, i tried to order the fusion, twice i went through the process and the website couldnt complete the order, my bank said it made the funds possible but GoPro didnt take the money, spoke to support on @jeft recommendation and the agent was really good and promised to look into it, i have treid to get a response and nothing heard back, i tried to order the fusion again(pre order) and this time i recieved a confirmation that it had gone through so all good i thought.

 

 but no confirmation email has been sent that ive pre ordered a new £699 product, no reply from support.

 

got through on chat tonight and after explaining my situation(currently deployed with the british armed forces in the middle east) and trying to get a fusion pre ordered for my return to the UK IN DECEMBER, still nothing heard and noboady can tell me if i have or havent pre ordered a fusion. 

 

surely it must be easy for anybody to tell me if i have one on order or not

I reached out to the Support Team and it looks like they are working to get that taken care of. If you have any other questions it does look like your case is open so the agent should be able to answer any other questions you have!
