I just returned from Mexico and my hero 6 black will not function at all now.  I had it in a protective case for the duration of the flight.  how do I get it replaced or fixed?

If you tried removing the bat, fails t owork after, and charge it then by all means Navigate  the gopro to  the contactus page and get with gopro.com
