recognize to pc or mac

HI, 

 

I bout an hero 4 session yesterday and want to connect it to my pc but it will not recognize the camera. I have the latest macbook pro and the latest microsoft surface pro. Im not able to connect the camera in any of the two pc's. it will charge but more than that. 

 

i have read everything and watched videos how to install and nothing works. And yes, i have already downloadet the quik app to both of my pc's. 

 

 

I would like to have a quick answer on this because we heading of for Thailand in a couple of days.

Sorry to know that you're having problem with your camera. 

 

I'd like to know if you're using a brand new camera or 2nd hand? 

1st reason the USB port is damaged. 

2nd reason -  USB cable is just a charging cable - Not a Data transfer cable. 

There might be some problems with the computer as well like problem with drivers which our customer support team can assist you.

Best option I can recommend for now is to use your SD card adapter to transfer files.
