reboot Gopro Hero 5 Black

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

 

meine Hero 5 Black lässt sich nicht mehr einschalten.

Sie befindet sich in einer "Endlos-Schleife"...Heißt sie blinkt rot 3 x, piepst 3 mal und im Display ersheint das Hero 5 Logo...

Danach schaltet sie sich aus und das ganze geht von vorne los..

 

Habe auch schon einen anderen (nur originalen) Akku probiert, der ebenfalls voll (am originalen Ladegerät) geladen ist.

Kein Unterschied...

 

Ich brauche Rat...

all off bat out, sdxc card out hold the shutter for a few seconds and only install the battery . try that.

Bitte meine Antworten lesen!

Das Standardprogramm habe ich bereits ausgeführt und getestet. Simm Karte rausnehmen und so weiter. Es bring keine Änderung!!!

Ich brauche einen alternativen Vorschlag woran es liegen kann. Leider findet sich nirgendwo ein Hinweis, was die 3 Pieps-Signale bedeuten! Das wäre vielleicht hilfreicher!

Die Kamera prbiert zu starten! Auch der Bildschirm bringt kurz das Bild, es schlatet sich aber die Kamera komplett wieder ab und startet danach mit den 3 Pieps-Tönen neu!

 

Bitte wirksame Lösungsvorschläge!

SInce gopro can not here supply a  chart what three beeps mean.   and can not supply a resolution to a  problem  they will offer a choice . to visit the Rep at the chat or call a rep on the phone and they will ask you a few questions, and then truobleshoot, and come back in a few days if they can get a resolution or not.

 

More or less the internal memory is currupted and we the Consumer can not  correct with Firmware, GoPro must correct with a factory firmware install again,

 so get to a Rep now and have them help you out the site is just more or less support to  suggest a few things they can not fix it all (smiles)
