problem to watch go pro hero 6 videos

hi there,

i have problems in watching the videos because are turning in something like slow motion and the sounds is choppy.  it is happening same on my samsung phone and also with the computer. i am using windows 10.

Is this happening to all video resolutions? Here are some steps to get the choppy play back corrected.

For your mobile device, it's best to download the video to your phone and see if that plays back just fine.
