Can you upload some footage to youtube and post the link here? It will help with diagnosing the issue. Also take a picture of your camera itself ( front and back ) and post the images here.

camera is fine you said but what about your sdxc card you are using? Could you tell us if it is a recommended one that can be the cause of the issue, BUFFERING

Hi fishycomics, thanks for your reply.
I am using sdxc recommened by gopro - sandisk extreme pro - 32gb.
I tried swapping sd card with my mobile phone's sd card - 4 gb class 4. It had same blurry results.
What do you recommend?
I ordered it from amazon and I have failed to return it on time, do you know where can I claim gopro warranty in India?
Thanks for your time,Appreciate it.

I think at this stage your bettery off contacting GoPro customer support directly. Your camera is still under warranty and they should be able to help you out.

Sorry to hear about the trouble, @sunnyk5785. Looking at the sample footage that you sent, regardless if the camera is able to take photos without problems and the issue is just apparent on videos, it seems that this is pretty much related to image quality issue in the camera.
Reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the manual update instructions specified on this article: Software Update Instructions for HERO7 Cameras
Should the symptoms persist after reinstalling the firmware update, despite you using a recommended SD card, please let our Support team know. This way, they can help you with the next steps. You may reach them by phone or chat.

Hi aenriquez, Thanks for your reply.
I tried manually updating with the latest firmware available. The camera still has a problem.
I am assured now that I will need to contact GoPro support, but I am unable to reach them through chat and phone. They are closed most of the times for me. Do they have a support email?
I had this imported from USA to India, can I call USA customer support to claim warranty?
Thanks everybody for your time. Really Appreciate it.
