not able to import[ New ]
I cant import anything. It doesnt register that the camera has been plugged in on the quik for desktop app and onedrive gives me this message.
this is getting very annoying as i have not been able to access any files that i was working on for a family vacation video

For connecting the camera, you probably need to update the MTP drivers. You can run the Microsoft trouble shooter as found in this article https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hardware/after-installing-a-driver-upda...
