no return label for gopro trade-up

I have just place an order for the hero 8 black with the trade up option but have received no return shipping label to ship off my old camera, is there still a way to get one, if so how would I get the return label.

Wait....  it took me 3 and a half weeks to get my return label and a total of 33 days from the day I ordered my camera until it was in my hands.  Some here have gotten them faster....  a couple even longer than me.  You can call them and ask, and they'll tell you that they are contacting sales to find out why.  Don't expect anything beyond that.  They'll get around to the lable eventually.  Maybe.
