no puede actualizar mi camera GoPro hero 3 [ Edited ]

Estoy desesperado,hecho todos pasos posibles para actualizar mi camera,estaba usando varias tarjetas de SD ,dos de ellas clase 10 y una de marca SanDisk.Estaba actualizando segun pasos de la web de GoPro.Cuando pego caepeta Update con archivos descomprimidos no se produce nada en camera despues de pulsar Botón de encendido,pero cuando pego solo archivos se cominza instalacion pero sale mensaje CAMARA UPDATE FAILED.Intente instalar actualizacion con  WIFI y sin pero nada.

 Pues ya no se que hacer mas ?

Hello @loyalstar1832. Sorry, we removed the serial number information on your post for security purposes. 

You were on the right path, except that you may not have extracted the update files from the originally downloaded folder. 

Try this: Extract all on the downloaded UPDATE.zip folder, then look for the extracted UPDATE folder. Make sure that these folders are labeled as is and without a (1) or (2). 

One found, open the extracted update folder, then copy the files in it to your SD card. The SD card must only contain such files. Eject the SD card from your computer, then insert it back to the powered-off camera. Once inserted, turn the camera on. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Claro que extraido archivos de Updait,zip y pege archivos  en una tarjeta formateada antes.Luego una   vez insertada, enceendido la cámara y despues de comienzar actualizacion me sale error CAMARA UPDATE FAILED

por fin camera se actualizo,intento unos 30 veses o mas
