no notification on replacement shipment even after > 20 days[ New ]

i had shipped my damaged camera to the singapore facility as part of the replacement process. the shipment was received by gopro on 2nd dec 2020. i am yet to receive any notification in regards to the replacement. can an executive please check and confirm?
i was told the replacement would be shipped within 5-7 days from when the package is received at the facility.
p.s ~ i am skipping the part where i write out mails in the contactUs page periodically for months, only to no avail. this seems like the only way i can get a reply from the team. i am working on a deadline here myself.
