my screen got frozen

i just got my neww gopro and after the update my screen got frozen and still whats go on !!! please Help

The update may have not completed successfully.

How was the last update done, is it via the GoPro app?

Please try to complete it manually. Please refer to https://gopro.com/en/ca/update/hero7-white.

It is also important that you are using a recommended SD card.
