my gopro5 doesnt charge and will not turn on, even i put a full charge battery..

i noticed also that the Unit gets HoT even it doesnt turned On while the battery is inside the Unit

still it doesnt work,, i even bought a new set of charger and battery but still it doesnt turned on...

 if you  can not figure out the issue then call gopro and let them decide what to do.  Like i said and sorry for the typo's  Hold down the   reset button called htemode  if that did not do it the battery removal all  who do did not do it then the camera  has an issue?

but , a new problem occurs, it does not record or save a  videos or  pictures..

Are you getting an error when you press the shutter button?

See if reformatting the card on the camera will help.

You can also try resetting the camera to its factory settings.
