If this is a newly purchased camera you may refer to the same store/ channel to have it exchanged. Another option is to reach out to our Support Team to have this checked and have the necessary arrangements processed.

Ok, this looks like a dust spec. What I would do is remove the front lens protector. Watch a YouTube video it super easy and takes about 10secs, test again. Very carefully clean the main lens with a soft lint free cloth. If the spec is still there then it’s a manufacturing issue and should be returned.

Return the camera, it could be a spec on the sensor.
