my footage records the whole time but the video goes blank

heron7 black records whe whole length, audio is fne but the video cuts out after a few seconds and just shows up whitish grey evn some contrast but un seeable fooage. brand new 64 g sd u3 it came with the go pro.  just waste d a day of filming.

Is this when played back on the camera?

Have you tried importing the file to your computer or transferring it via the GoPro app?

 

Is it the first time this issue happened?

What resolution did you use to record?

yea I literally recorded myself driving into the parking lot, a clip up  the chairlift fine. and from my first clip downhill every clip of about 10 total starts fine then cuts to flashy kinda grey after a couple seconds. it was looking fine on screen while recording.   i noticed it playing back on the camera , changed settings to lower res. still happened. imported it into my mac. same thing.  just recorded another video in my office , didnt touch any settings or anything. works fine.  what a waste of all the clips i actuallu wanted, and only let m record b roll stuff , but nothing on hill. i thought this was an action camera

importing to my mac 3.6 ghz with hyper threading.  and its the memory card given with the gopro, all less than a month old.

sandisk extreme plus, gold/red 64gb v30 xc1 u3 a2.   was recording in 2.7k. /30  then dropped it to 1440 /60

 

i dont have dropbox i use apple styorage
