why does it take so long to hear back from customer service???? all I get is the runaround. May 29 it started and nothing on gopro side has done anything

 it was reported on may 29.  I have called numerous of time and just get the runaround. this has been going on for over 4 months. I would really like to have corporates number. just to let you know I am not happy with GoPro. all I want is a camera that works. As of right now, I will never buy a GoPro again because of how I have been treated on this. sorry to say but I don't think you will do or can do anything for me. I'm just stuck with a camera that doesn't work.

sorry I just realized you might not be with GoPro
