massiv connecting problem

its my first gopro so it may be my fault but i have no clou on wich point i did somthing wrong.

 

my hero5 black wont connect to any of my devices (win7 laptop/win10 desktop/honor 8) and i have no clou why.

everytime i try it on my phone (with the quick app) it wont connect and if it happens i cant do anything cause it asked me if the wifi is on.

 

on my win devices the drivers cant be installed and once again i got no clou why.

this is very frustraiting and im thinking about sending it back cause this isnt acceptable.Smiley Sad

@anthrax23 - Can you give us a little more detail on what steps you're taking? Are you activating the wireless on the phone before trying to connect it to the Capture app?

@anthrax23 - Can you give us a little more detail on what steps you're taking? Are you activating the wireless on the phone before trying to connect it to the Capture app?

Sorry but can you take the time to take a deep breath, and collect some thoughts here? are you dissatified and want to return your camera, because you can not get  it to recognize by your  Personal Computer.?

meine schritte waren:

 

capture auf dem honor 8 installiert.

capture geöffnet auf kamera verbinden gedrückt.

hier kommen zwei szenarios zustande entweder es kommt der schriftzug "derzeit keine verbindung zur kamera möglich" oder es verbindet tatsächlich aber wenn man dann aber auf die icons drückt egal ob liste/kamera/cloud öffnet sich ein weiteres fenster in dem ich gefragt werde ob das wlan bei der kamera eingeschaltet ist (was der fall ist).

und nichts weiter passiert.

habe mehrfach versucht die kamera neu zuverbinden durch zurücksetzten der settings, das hat leider nicht geholfen.

 

bei den laptop/desktop rechnern lässt sich der treiber nicht automatisch installieren(sowohl nach als auch vor dem letzten update) da kommt immer die fehlermeldung

"die gerätetreibersoftware wurde nicht installiert. bitte nehmen sie kontakt zum hersteller auf, um hilfe zur gereinstallation zu erhalten"
