lcd screen

Hi

 

I bought a Hero5 Black from Amazon India on 15th October 2018. I have used this device intermittently since then. Around end May 2019, I found that the LCD screen is not working - it is blank. The camera works, and I have used it between 29 May -1 June and have been able to save the image and video files as well.

 

I have been trying to reach the support numbers listed for India but am unable to get through. I am also not able to use the chat option, as this is "is not available for me".\\

 

Could you please help me with this?

Change your location on the chat page to EN and it should work. Do you have GoPro Plus?

Hi

 

The location page is EN. However, I am still getting the message "Chat is currently unavailable for you."

 

I do not have GoPro Plus.

 

Is there no way I can get my device checked and the screen repaired?

It's 5:PM by you when I wrote this at 7AM Est, it is 4:AM  Pacific time at GoPro.com time

 

contact gopro at 7:PM  your time and like Dan said change  to  not En Indoa but to US Eng and you can  chat or call with gopro
