la fotocamera (Gopro hero 7 Black) non si collega all'app riportando il seguente errore.

La banda Wi-Fi della tua fotocamera e' impostata su 5,8 GHz, potrebbe non essere supportata sul tuo dispositivo o nella tua regione. Modifica la banda su 2,4 GHz qui sotto.

Ma controllonado la mia gopro e' impostata su 2,4 GHz.

La Gopro e' stata acquistata ieri (15 Luglio).

Can you help us with the following information: Camera version, GoPro App version, phone and OS version.

If you have access to another device, please try pairing it with the camera.

This will help isolate the issue further.
