la camara no se conecta a wi fi [ New ]

Hola buen dia tengo una HERO5 BLACK y dejo de funcionar el wi-fi, no se conecta con la aplicacion ( WI-FI not ready try again later)

renicie la camara como viene de fabrica, resetie las conecciones e actualice a la version 02.60 y nada funciona. la camara no se mojo, no se golpeo y la bateria la cargo mediante una laptos. espero me puedan ayudar. gracias
