Any advice on how best to keep track of the specific settings for each video you take with the Hero8 Black? e.g. resolution, shutter speed, iso, bit rate, etc etc
Is there any way to record this on the screen when you record?
Doesn't seem to be this level of info in the metadata within the GoPro Quik app after bringing it into that?
Is the only real way to do it to verbally record/call out the setting yourself at the beginning of the video?

@irishmanpdx - I don't see any info on Mac when doing file info on my videos..
@sylkgx - thanks I check this out - might look for Mac UI app that his this incorporated perhaps(?)

Shutter Speed Value / Exposure Time, but these meta are only saved on photos.
Some other meta are missing on video, like F Number, Focal Length, Metering Mode...
