Based on the mail nothing is changed since 7 months !!
Pushing me to get what I don’t want becuase the case was not handled right form the beginning! Already 2 cameras not working and they make me pass the time I could take the money back !!!and simply the resolution is to change again the same model camera ..... no way!!
I have asked to have my dates but they also refusing and last call they told me that they are closing the case even if the camera still broken !!! What should I say ????
