If the language on your camera has been changed to Chinese, please try the steps below.

Power the camera on using the Mode button.

Swipe the screen down and select the white/gray bar at the bottom that says "偏好" (Preferences).
Scroll down and tap on  "区域" (Regional) settings. There should be an icon that looks like a globe on the left-hand side next to it.
Select the second option from the top for the "语言" (Language) settings.

Scroll down and select your preferred language.

You can also change the display language using the GoPro App. Once your camera is connected to the app, go to settings (the wrench icon) and you'll see an option to change the language for the camera and one for the Voice Commands. As soon as you make the change on the app, you should see it changed on the camera.
