import of files

how can i import mp4 files from may hero 7 to adobe premiere c6. Please help. Thanks

On your computer?
You can either connect the camera to your computer's USB port with the GoPro cable or use a USB/SD adapter (adapter is faster). If you plug the camera in, wait for the red charging light to come on and then press the side Mode button on the camera. Open Explorers (Finder on Mac) and navigate to the camera (or SD card drive if using an adapter) and open the DCIM folder. Inside you will find a folder with the date when you shot your media. Copy this folder over to your computer storage drive.

Open Premier and in the media panel double click. Find the folder and import it into your project.

I imported videos (mp4 files) but only audio is imported. :( Please hep. Thank you
